Summer Squash and Tiny Mango Mix




About 5 strawberries

one small squash

one tiny mango

about 4 asparagus spears

a few sprigs of cilantro

one lime

a bit of Italian spices

and some chili powder


Assembly: This is another of my chop-salads. Dice the strawberries, mango, asparagus and squash and toss them into a bowl. Juice the over the mixture, add the spices then mix and let marinate for about 5 minutes. Then chop the cilantro and mix it in. Then place on tiny-surfboard plate and dash chili powder for a garnish.

I also bought some some green chili sauce at La Michocana, and have eaten everything with a spoonful of that over. The Green Chili is not raw, but I think it's in that special category with soy ice cream, mustard, and peanut butter; and all of those are TOTALLY in my version of raw.

Regardless, even without green chili, it's delicious!
