
This was my lunch yesterday. It was delicious, and super easy! Here is how I did it:
1 Mango
1 Small Beet
1 Avocado
Lemon Juice
Chili Powder
Ginger Powder
I diced the Mango, the Beet and the Avocado. Then I squeezed half the lemon over it and then shook allot of chili powder on top and one good shake of ginger powder. Then mixed it again. By the time I ate lunch it had marinated in its own sauces.
Ironically the beet juice tasted really good on the mango and the chili powder was really good on the beets. Best to-go lunch ever! The avocados browned a little, but I blame the heat.
