
Ok todays lunch,
About two handful of random local greens
one peach
one avocado
and two strawberries
The easy slap together: Chop all the fruit and avocado (Whatever it's classified as) and put it in with the washed mixed greens. Then I used a little vinaigrette. The avocados fared about 1/2 as well as they did with the mangos, but it was still delicious.
For Snack:
Chili Almonds
I took a ziplock baggie and put in a handful of almonds then juiced a lime into the bag and filled it with allot of chili powder and about a teaspoon of cocoa. I inflated the bag and shook it like a Polaroid picture. When the nuts were thoroughly coated, I sucked the excess air out of the bag and rolled it up into my purse and went!
